That means a little bit of everything for everyone! Now that we’ve visited a handful of times since The Bevy’s reopening, we’ve been able to try much of the menu and we’re passing our favorite dishes onto you! Our favorite visits have been with friends who are down with ordering and sharing an assortment of dishes. Thankfully, neither was the case! Not only did they maintain the interior (I mean, why fix it if it’s not broke!), they somehow made the already amazing happy hour EVEN MORE AMAZING! The Bevy kept the drink specials but added something crazy…THE ENTIRE FOOD MENU 50% OFF! I know, it’s amazing! But wait, there’s more (insert infomercial sound effects)! The Bevy is also offering a late night happy hour for those looking for the perfect night cap to an evening Downtown Naples or at the beach! HAPPY HOUR: 4-6 PM & 9:30-Close, Daily Though elated, my primary concerns were (1) that they would get rid of their AMAZING happy hour and (2) that they would alter the beautiful interior that was oh so photogenic. To my utter excitement, we finally heard from a staff member that The Bevy would reopen (insert crazy happy dance) though we needed to be patient as they came under new ownership during the shutdown and would be taking some time before the grand reveal. In 1967, after much success with CDC, Robert resigned from CDC, taking the family south to Naples, FL where he shifted gears to entrepreneurial commercial real estate development. Upon graduating, his professional career quickly began in Minneapolis, MN where he worked as a sales representative for Control Data Corporation (CDC).Ĭorporate opportunities quickly led the family south to Cocoa Beach, FL (1964) and then Orlando, FL (1966) where he sold mainframe computers to large companies and institutions across Florida. Cloud State University where he met his soulmate and wife, Regina. He was born on April 18, 1938, in Litchfield, MN and then moved to Willmar, MN, where he grew up and attended school.Īfter graduating high school, he proudly enlisted and served in the US Navy and, after serving 4 years, enrolled in St. Robert Edwin Shaffer, 84, of Winter Park, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022.
